Delivery Lead | Mining Operational Technology

The Position

Reporting to the Manager, Customer Solution Delivery, we are seeking a Delivery Lead to join our Service & Support team within Hexagon Mining APAC region. This position will see you responsible for the project management and delivery of successful deployment of Hexagon’s technology into our customers mining operations. A multi‑faceted role you will lead multiple projects simultaneously across varied product deployments, through all key stages of the project management lifecycle from customer initiation through to post‑deployment training and future service offering management.

In this position you will cross‑collaborate and coordinate with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders driving a culture of strong delivery assurance with our customers, leading efficient project execution plans and building a customer centric partnership setting the Hexagon delivery standard.

About you

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager/Delivery Manager with background in the delivery and deployment of Mining Operational Technology, ideally delivering medium to large scale projects.

Your knowledge and success in the advancing industry of mining operational technology, partnered with your successful execution of complex projects will find synergy in a position that see you partner with several industry leading clients, playing a critical role in supporting advancing their production & safety efficiencies.

In addition, we are seeking those with the following skills or attributes.

- Proven success in Project/Program Management of large complex technology implementation and deployment of operational technology within the mining sector.

- Prior experience with AHS/FMS environments ideally from operator, OEM or vendor engagement

- Ability to build cohesive relations across a diverse internal/external stakeholder group

- Proficiency in project methodologies to support the deployment of complex or high volume contracts, with strong skills in schedule management and communication

- Customer Centric and solution focused in troubleshooting project challenges or risks

- High level of communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to be agile and apply critical thinking in high pressured environments

- Be an active participant in building a cohesive and team focused working environment

- Valid Australian working rights: Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen
