Terra Mining are a dynamic leader in Western Australia's mining sector, which rapidly expanding its portfolio of projects across the region.

2025 has been a big year for Terra Mining as we embark further at Extension Hill ramping up operations in the Mid-West region of Western Australia.

The remarkable achievements from this project have now sparked an increase in our operational demands, with our mining team seeking experienced Mining Plant Operators to join the Terra Mining team.

What we are seeking

  • Proven previous experience (min 12 months) operating in a hard rock production mining environment operating mainly CAT equipment 100t mining fleet (D10T dozers, 16M graders, 992K loaders, 777E dump trucks and excavators).
  • A positive attitude to safety and teamwork.
  • Hold a valid Australian drivers licence
  • Be available to start ASAP.

You must have full Australian working rights, be able to complete and pass a medical assessment (including drug & alcohol screen) and be able to provide a current National Police Clearance (within last 12 months).
