Overview Centre: Goodstart Sheidow Park – Hutt Close Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $38 - $41.60/hr + Super Responsibilities - Lead change, and champion practice uplift and excellence - Collaborate with Educators to observe, review, and continuously enhance educational programs - Guide the application of the Early Years Learning Framework - Partner with the centre leadership team to lead transformative changes and champion excellence in educational practice About the role As an Educational Leader at Goodstart, you'll collaborate with Educators in your centre to observe, review, and continuously enhance the educational programs offered to children. You'll deepen the team's understanding of child development and early years content, guiding the application of the Early Years Learning Framework.
