- Have knowledge of the Reggio Emilia Approach

- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators

- Willing to be recognised as the educational leader at the service

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Early Education or working towards a Bachelor
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience as a leader highly regarded
