AI Product Manager – Build the Future of Telco & Tech | Full-Time

Use your AI brain to build tools that make a real business move faster.

You know what’s possible with AI. But you’re done building cool side projects. You want to build tools that actually get used at scale, in-house, in the real world.

Trikon is a fast-growing telco and tech company with a national footprint. We sell phone systems, security, software, and web solutions to businesses across Australia.

Now, we’re looking inward. Our mission? Use AI to automate, accelerate, and amplify everything.

We’re not after AI hype.

We’re after AI impact.

And we need someone who can drive that impact across product, engineering, and operations.

What You’ll Own:

Lead the design and development of internal AI tools, from lead gen bots to smart admin workflows to sales support agents

Work with our dev team to scope, test, and ship production-ready tools, not just prototypes

Identify high-impact internal use cases, evaluate feasibility, and prioritise ruthlessly

Translate messy problems into structured solutions using the right AI models, APIs, and automation layers

Stay ahead of AI trends and figure out what matters for us, not just what’s shiny

Own the AI roadmap and build a scalable stack of tools that reduce manual work, surface insights, and speed up revenue

Collaborate across sales, marketing, ops, and product teams to gather feedback and drive adoption

You Might Be a Fit If:

You’re deeply across the AI landscape:LLMs, agents, APIs, vector databases, automations, and no-code tools

You’ve built and deployed AI workflows or micro-products before, whether at a startup or in-house at a larger org

You can work with dev teams to scope and prioritise builds, but you're also not afraid to jump into Zapier, Retool, or Python to get things moving

You speak both “founder” and “engineer”, you know how to tie tools to business value

You’re comfortable in ambiguous environments and enjoy being the go-to person for “Can we automate this?”
