Your new role will see you working alongside qualified auto electricians, plumbers and experience caravan manufacturing professionals.

Your duties will include performing internal and external rework of caravans to meet the exacting quality standards of our business.

Duties & Skills will include but not limited to..

- Perform Pre-Assembly quality inspections on incoming vans arriving from China

- Perform Quality Inspections on all outgoing caravans

- Reject all Caravans and materials that fail to meet quality expectations

- Read plans and specifications to understand the individual requirements for the customer.

- Examine functionality and compare final product to specifications

- Recommend improvements to the production process to improve quality control

- Document inspection checklists, create rework and paint repair lists

- Resolve quality-related issues in a timely manner with your Supervisor & Quality Manager

- Carry out internal & external rework as required

The successful applicant will possess

- A current drivers licence

- Previous experience in building and repairing caravans

- Reliable and willing to learn new skills and conduct quality repairs

- Have general mechanical experience

- Have experience with power and air tools

- Are practically minded and a jack of all trades

- Are able to demonstrate a strong work ethic and commitment to the job

- Must be capable of handling 20kg plus

- Able to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

- Looking for a permanent opportunity

- Have the ability to work autonomously in a team environment
