Commercial Account Executive – Salesforce Ecosystem
Permanent – Sydney / Melbourne
$150,000 base $100,000 Comms = $250,000 OTE Super
CalibrX is working with one of the fastest-growing Salesforce ISV partners in ANZ. The team is already on a hot streak, and they’re now looking for a sharp Commercial AE who knows the Salesforce ecosystem and can thrive in a fast-moving, high-performance, no-ego culture. You’ll be backed by a hands-on leader who gives you the tools, support, and runway to smash targets. This is all about owning a patch, hunting down new business, and expanding existing mid-market accounts. If you’re a Salesforce-savvy deal maker who thrives on volume, energy, and momentum, you’ll love it here.
What you’ll be doing
- Drive net-new revenue across your territory, with a focus on mid-market customers
- Hunt down new logos while also expanding existing accounts
- Manage a high volume of deals, balancing pace with precision
- Work closely with Salesforce, ISVs, and consulting partners to drive pipeline
- Lead opportunities from prospecting through to close, then stay engaged to ensure customer success
- Share feedback and insights to continuously sharpen GTM strategy
What we’re looking for
- Min 3 years in the Salesforce ecosystem or ISV sales
- Proven track record in high-volume, mid-market new business sales
- Confident in building pipeline and consistently hitting quota
- Strong knowledge of the Australian Salesforce market and partner ecosystem
