Your understanding of Real Estate Legislation and industry experience within the local area will assist you in building and maintaining these strong relationships. With immediate opportunities in: Toowoomba, Townsville, Roma and Dalby a market competitive remuneration package is available with flexibility in structure depending on applicant experience and proven sales history. **Responsibilities**As a Real Estate Sales Representative, you will:* List, market and sell properties* Build and maintain client relationships to understand their current & future needs* Participate in Branch business development programs* Achieve targets for sales, listings, appraisals and vendor-paid advertising* Ensure personal compliance with all professional standards and reporting requirements* Work with the Elders team to allow clients to explore new innovative opportunities* Maximising promotional opportunities, including helping at field days and community events**About you**To succeed at Elders, you:* Hold a Real Estate licence (or working towards one) and a current driver’s licence (essential)* Possess local real estate industry experience and associated influences* Can appraise properties, and identify positive aspects and potential of both rural and residential properties* Possess an understanding of Real Estate Legislation with a keen eye for detail* Have excellent communication, organizational, negotiation and client relationship skills* Are a team player who is enthusiastic, energetic and highly organised with good time management skills**About Elders**Elders is one of Australia's most trusted and iconic companies with a diverse portfolio of businesses.
