Key Responsibilities

- Lead, coach, and expand a motivated WA sales team

- Drive new business acquisition and broaden key customer relationships

- Develop and execute a comprehensive WA sales strategy

- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across enterprise and public sector

- Oversee major proposals, bids, and commercial negotiations

- Collaborate with delivery and technical teams to craft impactful client solutions

- Proven sales leadership experience within technology or complex services

- Strong understanding of the WA enterprise or public landscape
