The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced administrative team leader to join our team at Ramsay Clinic Northside as a Day Program Team Leader. Reporting to the Administration Manager you will be responsible for providing and delivering functional support, driving process improvements and enhancing the patient experience throughout the patient’s admission in our Day Programs.

Skills and Experience

To succeed in this role, you will be a motivated, energetic and a flexible team player with a high degree of professionalism.

You will also demonstrate:

- Previous experience in a clerical position within a health care setting
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
- Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
- Able to complete tasks within designated timeframes
- Strong attention to detail
