Bush Kids is seeking a passionate and qualified Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care Educator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and education for children in our centre.

Responsibilities:

1. Planning and implementing high-quality, developmentally appropriate programs for children in your care
2. Providing leadership and guidance to other educators in the centre
3. Building positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues
4. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of children’s development and progress
5. Ensuring the health, safety and wellbeing of all children in your care
6. Participating in ongoing professional development and training

Requirements:

1. Diploma of Early Childhood Education and Care or equivalent
2. Experience working in a childcare setting
3. Knowledge of child development, learning, and behaviour management
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Ability to work as part of a team and provide leadership to others
6. A commitment to providing high-quality care and education for children
7. Current First Aid, CPR, and Anaphylaxis certifications
