Location: Cambridge • Hours: Flexible / Ad Hoc • Salary: £90 – £130 per day • Start Date: September 2025

Teaching Personnel is currently seeking Level 3 Teaching Assistants and Nursery Assistants to join our welcoming and supportive early years setting in Cambridge. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified professional who is committed to helping children aged 0–11 grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, engaging environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the planning and delivery of creative, age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
- Provide high-quality care and individual support to children across all areas of development
- Build trusting relationships with children, parents, and staff
- Observe, monitor, and record children’s progress and development
- Maintain a clean, safe, and inclusive learning environment

What We’re Looking For

- A Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., CACHE, NVQ, or equivalent)
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- A warm, positive, and patient approach
- Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and safeguarding best practices
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply (we can assist)
