Melbourne True Care is looking for experienced male **Disability Support Workers**to join our team and provide dedicated support to our participant located in **Bunbury WA 6230 )**

We are seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare professionals who demonstrate empathy, strong interpersonal skills, ethical practice, and hands-on experience in supporting individuals with complex disabilities.

This role offers a full roster line, with shifts scheduled to ensure balanced coverage. The workplace will vary based on the participant’s needs, including their private residence or supported accommodation provided by the organization.

**About You**

- Taking initiatives and participating in meetings/training
- Supporting our participants on an urgent basis/irregular hours/on call basis (with respect to the availability of our employees)

**You will be responsible for (but not limited to)**:

- Supporting participants with personal hygiene, self-care, meal preparation, general tasks and domestic duties.
- Maintaining cleanliness.
- completing shift progress notes.
- Assistance with social/recreational and community access services
- Emotion, positive, and professional rapport building
- Maintaining professional boundaries

**Requirements for this role**:

- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current National Police Check
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Have the availability to work all shifts (morning/afternoon/active nights/weekends)
- Valid Australian Drivers License and comprehensively insured vehicle
- **Minimum** Cert III in Individual Support (Disability)
- The right to work in Australia.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $37.00 - $41.00 per hour
