This role blends creative production with performance marketing. You’ll be responsible for sourcing and managing creators, negotiating collaborations, filming and editing content, and deploying it across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest. If you’re passionate about storytelling, data-driven growth, and the intersection of content and advertising, this is the role for you.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record of creating state of the art content, has strong analytical skills, and a good eye for detail.

Key Responsibilities

- Creator Partnerships: Identify, source, and build relationships with content creators who align with Nala’s brand.
- Negotiation & Collaboration: Manage outreach, negotiate terms, and coordinate with creators to produce high-quality content.
- Content Production: Plan, film, and edit engaging short-form video ads tailored for Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
- Creative Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm concepts that drive performance and engagement.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor creative performance, gather insights, and iterate quickly to improve results.

Key Skills

- 0–3 years of experience in paid social, influencer marketing, content creation, or a related field.
- Strong video editing skills (experience with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut).
- Ability to build strong relationships with creators and make them feel comfortable while filming.
- Familiarity with TikTok, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and Pinterest ad formats and trends.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills when working with creators.
- Creative thinker with a data-driven mindset.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
