The Pressure Sewer Connections Officer supports customer sales and enquiries related to Pressure Sewer Connections. These enquiries come via inbound calls, emails, and face‑to‑face interactions.

A significant portion of the role involves providing customer service and guidance throughout the connection process - from initial enquiry to final connection - including preparing Notice of Agreements and processing payments. The role also supports sales and marketing activities, which may include outbound calls to potential customers within the network areas.

- Previous customer service experience (inbound call experience preferred)

- Understanding or experience in the plumbing or building industry (highly regarded)

- Strong computer skills, including Salesforce, ICE, and Microsoft Office Suite

- High attention to detail

- Strong problem‑solving capability

- Demonstrated strong work ethic

- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Hours are rostered around our core phone hours: 9:00am to 5:00pm.

This is a 24‑month maximum term contract.

This role is remunerated at a Level 2 which is between $84,497 - $91,380 + super and offers are commensurate with the successful candidates' experience.
