Job Description

- Process end-to-end payroll for employees in a timely and accurate manner.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring compliance with Australian legislation.
- Calculate and process superannuation, payroll tax, and other deductions.
- Manage employee queries related to payroll, providing clear and professional communication.
- Prepare and submit payroll reports to management as required.
- Coordinate with HR and finance teams to ensure seamless payroll processing.
- Ensure compliance with award rates and enterprise agreements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Payroll Officer should have:

- Previous experience in payroll processing within the industrial or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of Australian payroll legislation, including taxation and superannuation.
- Proficiency in payroll software, with HR3 being advantageous.
- 3-5 years experience in a Payroll position is essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively with HR and accounting teams.
- Experience in a high volume volume previous is preferred.
