Description

We are seeking a Payroll Officer to join our People & Culture team and take ownership of our end-to-end weekly payroll for over 900 employees. This role is ideal for someone who values precision, enjoys working within established systems, and is motivated by delivering error-free, compliant payroll outcomes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Process weekly payroll for 900+ employees with accuracy and timeliness.

Maintain payroll, HCM, and time & attendance systems.

Deliver end-of-month reporting and payroll analysis.

Ensure efficient data entry and reporting with exceptional attention to detail.

Provide professional and timely support to a diverse workforce.

Meet key payroll KPIs aligned with our business strategy.

Qualifications

Skills & Experience Required:

Minimum 2 years’ experience in end-to-end payroll (transport, manufacturing, or warehousing industries preferred).

Proven experience processing payroll for 500+ employees.

Strong working knowledge of HCM and time & attendance systems.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and confidence with MS Office.

Familiarity with payroll systems such as Definitiv.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to build positive relationships across all levels of the business.

Strong time management and a proactive, solutions-focused mindset.
