What You/'ll Be Doing

- Mastering Japanese classics – from noodles and rice to grilled meats and sweet treats
- Staying sharp and organised with mise en place and food prep

What You Bring to the Table

- Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques, including hot kitchen
- A creative eye and steady hand when it comes to presentation
- Japanese language skills a plus – but strong English is a must
