Do you have serious sushi skills and a flair for performance? Sea World Resort's award-winning Hatsuhana Japanese Restaurant is on the lookout for a talented Chef to join our dynamic team

What You'll Be Doing:

• Crafting mouth-watering sushi and sashimi that look as good as they taste
• Staying sharp and organised with mise en place and food prep

What You Bring to the Table:

• Hands-on experience in sushi and sashimi prep (you know your nigiri from your maki)
• Knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking techniques, including teppan and hot kitchen
• A creative eye and steady hand when it comes to presentation
• Japanese language skills a plus – but strong English is a must
