Responsibilities
- Hands-on and diverse role based in Warwick Farm, NSW where your HVAC experience and knowledge will be used to support both internal and external customers.
- Contribute to the development of an annual course portfolio and training schedule.
- Respond to customer training requests and develop suitable course material and presentations to achieve required learning outcomes.
- Maintain training records in the training database.
- Provide technical information and support regarding Daikin product range to assist Technicians with fault-finding and problem solving during other times.
About you / Qualifications
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge and background in HVAC are essential.
- Trade Certificate in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration and a valid refrigerant handling License is ideal.
- Flexibility and availability to travel (regional and interstate).
- Ability to work autonomously and without direct supervision.
