Role

At Toll Group, we are proud to be expanding our Government and Defence portfolio through the Defence Theatre Logistics (DTL) contract.

We’re looking for detail-oriented and professional Admin and Customer Service Officers to support site operations across multiple locations in Australia.

Based at RAAF Richmond in NSW, in this role you’ll be the first point of contact for Defence stakeholders and a vital link in ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities.

This is more than just administration. It’s about accuracy, professionalism, and supporting Australia’s Defence capability through high-quality service and compliance.

Responsibilities

- Be the first point of contact for Defence stakeholders and support the smooth operation of warehouse and distribution activities.
- Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and compliance to support Defence capability through high-quality service.

Qualifications and Requirements

- Experience in administration and customer service is preferred.
- You must be entitled to work in Australia and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical.
