Overview

Location: Townsville, QLD

The opportunity Join a dynamic Allied Health team delivering high-level clinical services across surgical specialties in a tertiary teaching hospital.

Based at Townsville University Hospital, our Occupational Therapy team provides advanced care across trauma, orthopaedics, burns, plastics, and general surgery. We are a collaborative, innovative, and supportive department committed to excellence in patient care and professional development.

Responsibilities

- Deliver high-level clinical services in surgical settings

- Lead service improvement initiatives

- Supervise and mentor junior staff

- Rotate across diverse caseloads including trauma, burns, plastics, orthopaedics, and general surgery

What’s on offer?

Permanent full-time position, 76 hours per fortnight.

Remuneration package (HP4) includes:

- Fortnightly base salary of $4,912.70 – $5,286.40

- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution

What You’ll Need

Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy (or equivalent) and registration with AHPRA.
