The position is based out of their clinic in Wollongong with clients around the area. Both full-time and part-time will be considered with negotiable working hours on offer. Give me a call on 0468760*** to discuss this role further.

What You Will Be Doing

  • You will be managing an adult mental health caseload providing evidence-based assessment and therapy
  • Clients seen are within a 30-45 minute radius of the clinic location
  • Clinic is based in Wollongong plus extensive Work From Home options
  • The clinic boasts a range of rehab equipment including a fully kitted gym space and Virtual Reality headsets

How you will be supported

The company has an incredibly thorough induction period that lasts between 2-4 weeks depending on experience. During this time you are very closely supported by the OT Team Leader and predominantly based in the office.

The number of clients you see per day will increase slowly in line with your experience and how you are progressing. After your induction period, you receive weekly supervision with the Team Leader and the company runs monthly PD days. The team also uses a chat platform where they share learning points and discuss complex cases.

The company has a focus on supporting you in your interest area and so can help tailor caseloads and provide additional PD in line with these

What you will need:
  • Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
  • Full AHPRA registration
  • Unrestricted Australian Working Rights
  • Drivers licence and own vehicle
  • All levels of experience are encouraged to apply - you do not need previous relevant experience as this company will support you fully
