Our Springwood office is a large multidisciplinary site. The team includes Occupational Therapists, Speech Pathologists, Physiotherapists, Positive Behaviour Support Practitioners and Exercise Physiologists. The office is modern with well-resourced clinic rooms and on-site parking, located off the motorway for easy community visits. The caseload is varied within the NDIS space, with a slight emphasis on paediatrics, and flexible opportunities to take on more adult clients. Presentations include developmental challenges such as autism, intellectual disability, ADHD, mental health, and neurological or neurodegenerative conditions.

Day-to-day responsibilities
  • Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, including participants\' homes, day centres, parks, and community settings.
  • Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the impact of your work.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to approach complex cases and explore new treatment approaches.

About You

We are seeking Occupational Therapists who strive for improvement, are passionate about participant care, and treat participant goals as personal missions. You should feel comfortable challenging ideas when participant interests are at stake.

You will also hold
  • Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist (limited may be considered case by case).
  • A valid driver's license and a personal vehicle.
  • An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
  • Ideal for Occupational Therapists with 0–4 years of experience.
