Emergency Medicine Specialist Opportunities – Regional and Metro Victoria

With over 20 years’ experience in medical recruitment, Sante Recruitment is currently seeking Emergency Medicine Specialists (FACEM) for full-time or part-time roles across Melbourne’s outer metro area and key regional centres in Victoria.

Current Opportunities Include

1. Director of Emergency Medicine – Warrnambool

- Lead a well-supported ED in a regional hospital with 282 beds (incl. critical care, mental health, aged care)

- Join a collegiate environment with opportunities for clinical leadership, education, and service development

- In partnership with Deakin University – engage in teaching and academic activity if desired

- Live along the Great Ocean Road, with access to top schools, wineries, and coastal living

2. Emergency Medicine Specialist – Shepparton

- Provide high-quality care in a recently redeveloped Emergency Department

- Work in a growing health service that includes Cath Lab, ICU, theatres, and allied health facilities

- Be part of a multi-disciplinary team, supervising junior doctors and contributing to ongoing improvements in care

- Enjoy a vibrant regional lifestyle with easy access to Melbourne

3. Emergency Physician – Bendigo

- Join a 700-bed, state-of-the-art hospital just 90 minutes from Melbourne

- Accredited Emergency Medicine training site with an active education and research culture

- Collaborate with other specialties including ICU, Surgery, and Paediatrics in a busy, well-equipped ED

- Enjoy a vibrant regional city lifestyle with great restaurants, arts, and outdoor activities

4. Emergency Medicine Specialist – Werribee (Western Melbourne)

- Based in a rapidly expanding public hospital in Melbourne’s growth corridor

- Provide care in a busy, well-supported ED with access to surgical, ICU, maternity, and medical services

- Participate in service planning, quality assurance, and training within an ANZAC-accredited department

- Work close to home while making a significant community impact
