The Role
We are inviting a Specialist in Emergency Medicine to join our collaborative for opportunities in Regional Victoria. This flexible role offers full or part-time employment in a dynamic regional emergency department. You will:

- Lead emergency medical care and trauma response in a busy regional setting.
- Train and mentor junior medical staff and rural generalist trainees in emergency skills.
- Participate in resuscitation training and simulation education.
- Contribute to emergency department planning and patient flow optimisation.
- Support pre-hospital care coordination and rural patient retrievals.
- Engage in community education on emergency preparedness and first aid.
- Champion a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous learning.
- Enjoy working in a community-oriented town with strong local support.
