What We’re Looking For

You’re a calm force in the kitchen and a team player through and through. You’re eager to learn, quick on the grill, and know your way around a blade. Bonus points if you’ve had 2+ years in a high-paced kitchen—but above all, you bring passion and energy to every plate.

- Great knife skills and grill experience
- Strong sense of timing and kitchen rhythm
- Highly organised and calm under pressure
- Clear communicator, always ready to pitch in

What You’ll Do

- Prep and cook quality ingredients with care
- Keep your station sharp and organised
- Support food safety and hygiene protocols
- Help bring The Apollo’s culinary vision to life
- Contribute to the energy, flow, and standards of our open kitchen
