About the opportunity

Are you passionate about driving positive workplace culture and supporting staff development? We’re seeking a proactive and organised Organisational Development Coordinator to join our People and Culture team. In this dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in delivering organisational development initiatives, supporting diversity and inclusion programs, and providing high-quality advice and support to staff and managers.

You’ll manage key communication channels, administer our HR systems (iGROW), and contribute to the design and facilitation of training and information sessions. Your ability to build strong relationships, maintain confidentiality, and juggle multiple priorities will be essential to your success.

Key Selection Criteria

- Client-Focused Service & Communication
Demonstrated experience in delivering high-quality, client-focused service, with strong verbal and written communication skills to provide clear, accurate advice to diverse stakeholders.

- Teamwork & Collaboration
Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment, contribute ideas, support others, and collaborate to achieve shared goals and organisational outcomes.

- Project Delivery & Problem Solving
Experience in managing minor projects and research tasks, using initiative and sound judgement to solve problems, prioritise competing demands, and maintain confidentiality in sensitive contexts.

- Learning & Development Expertise
Knowledge and experience in using HR systems (e.g. LMS, reporting tools), designing training programs based on adult learning principles, and facilitating sessions on organisational development and inclusion topics.

- HR Coordination
Knowledge and experience in managing end-to-end HR processes.

Qualifications

Desirable:

- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or Train the Trainer

- Certificate IV in Human Resources

Remuneration

ASO4 salary range $76,561 - $80,256 per annum + superannuation

Special Conditions

This is a full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week.

This position is classified as a designated position and as such, appointment to this role will be subject to a satisfactory National Police Clearance screening check.
