Based at Mawson Lakes, we are seeking an experienced Organisational Development Specialist to drive our professional development programs that build capability, strengthen culture, and elevate our employee's experience.
About The Role
As our Organisational Development Specialist, you will design, deliver and evaluate initiatives that align people, processes, and culture with DEWC's strategic goals.
More Specifically, The Organisational Development Specialist Is Responsible For
- Developing internal learning materials and resources using the ADDIE model.
- Designing and delivering internal training workshops, activities and information sessions.
- Managing enterprise professional development initiatives including mentoring, high-performing teams, leadership fundamentals, and employee wellbeing programs.
- Analysing data related to employee satisfaction, turnover, and performance to identify trends and insights.
- Measuring employee engagement through surveys and other tools and develop action plans based on feedback.
- Developing HR initiatives and delivery of activities across generalist HR, EVP, performance management, and policy to support DEWC Services' values and business growth.
- Applying contemporary HR knowledge to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and solve complex problems to scale and continuously improve the delivery of HR and related functions.
- Providing HR Business Partner support to stakeholders when required.
About You
You will bring passion for people development, strong interpersonal capability, and a values-driven approach. You enjoy solving complex people and organisational challenges and creating environments where individuals and teams thrive.
Qualifications & Experience
- Undergraduate degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioural Science, or commensurate experience
- A minimum of five years' experience working within a corporate environment preferably in Defence and or technical sectors.
- Demonstrated experience coordinating and delivering strategic human resources/ organisational development projects and programs.
- Demonstrated experience in facilitating adult learning programs, workshops and information sessions.
- Ability to analyse data and make strategic recommendations based on insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with experience in conducting presentations and workshops.
