What’s the role?

As a Mobile Home Finance Manager, your primary goal is to assist everyday Australians in achieving their dream of homeownership— Gippsland area is agrowth corridorwith new developments, schools, and transport links enhancing its appeal.

You will guide clients through the home loan process, emphasising exceptional customer service, ensuring compliance, and accurately submitting loans.

These roles offer the flexibility to organise your weekly schedule, allowing you to actively engage with customers. You will proactively identify and engage potential referrals through targeted outreach strategies and networking, generating new business opportunities from the ground up.

What do I need?

Our Lenders thrive by building strong, trust-based relationships—starting with a robust referral network of external partners. That’s why we’re looking for someone with a proven track record in sales and business development, who knows how to grow and maintain high-value networks that drive results.

- Demonstrated success in sales or business development, ideally within financial services or lending.
- Exceptional time management and multitasking abilities to manage a dynamic pipeline.
- Strong negotiation and influencing skills, with a talent for creating long-term, positive client and partner relationships.
- A self-starter mindset with ambition and a collaborative spirit—you see yourself as a key contributor to team success.

You’ll also have deep experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in lending, and a solid understanding of the home lending process. Your existing network and referral contacts will be a valuable asset as you hit the ground running.
