Daily Banking

In this domain, you’ll lead customer‑centric marketing strategies across transaction accounts, savings, and payments. You’ll craft compelling value propositions and deliver integrated, full‑funnel campaigns that resonate with key segments. Your work will enhance the customer experience and strengthen ING’s brand in the everyday banking space.

Consumer Lending

In the Consumer Lending domain, you’ll drive growth by shaping customer value propositions and leading go‑to‑market strategies for lending products. You’ll define target segments, orchestrate full‑funnel campaigns, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes while enhancing the customer experience.

Our ideal candidate is a strategic and customer‑obsessed marketer who thrives on turning insights into action. Whether in everyday banking or consumer lending, they bring deep domain knowledge, creativity, and commercial acumen to craft compelling propositions and lead integrated campaigns. They’re a natural collaborator, confident navigating cross‑functional teams, and bring energy, adaptability, and a test‑and‑learn mindset to everything they do.

What you’ll do (Both Roles)

- Develop customer‑led portfolio strategies using market, customer, and competitor insights.

- Lead integrated go‑to‑market campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels.

- Shape messaging and creative direction to ensure communications are on‑brand and resonate with target segments.

- Collaborate cross‑functionally with Product, Digital, Customer Intelligence, and Legal teams.

- Optimise marketing performance through test‑and‑learn roadmaps and data‑driven decisions.

- Coach and uplift the marketing team, fostering a high‑performance, customer‑first culture.
