Leave benefits – purchased additional annual leave**Responsibilities** Undertake a range of assessments that help to understand the holistic experience of the person and their care network. Work on other projects and assignments as required and in line with areas of skill, expertise and knowledge.Experience in Australian health, hospitals or aged care (community or residential).Excellent problem solving, analytical and decision-making skills. Be relatable and able to share knowledge in a way that support change at all levels Able to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.Great written communication and report-writing skills.
