Fire Protection Project Manager

Due to a considerable pipeline of medium to large high-rise and commercial projects, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced Fire Protection Designer and/or Project Manager to join our friendly team located in the heart of Crows Nest.

Specific responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Liaising with suppliers, builders and sprinkler fitters
- Ordering pipe and material
- Budget reporting
- Supervising all stages of installation to commissioning

The successful applicant must have:

- 3 years experience in the fire protection contracting industry.
- Thorough knowledge of AS 2118.1 and the BCA.
- Experience in design and/or management of fire protection systems.
- Computer design knowledge with HydraCad or other similar CAD software.
- Excellent design, planning and scheduling abilities.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
- Self-motivation.
- Good organisational skills and an ability to work in a team environment.
