We are currently seeking a full-time General Practitioner to join our well-established twin practices. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a supportive and collaborative team environment, with comprehensive onboarding and ongoing assistance tailored to new GPs. Our GPs play a vital role in delivering comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families on the Central Coast. They diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions, provide preventive care, perform minor procedures, and coordinate with specialists when needed. GPs are often the first point of contact in the healthcare system and are essential in promoting wellness and managing chronic illnesses across diverse populations.

Responsibilities

- Deliver comprehensive primary healthcare to individuals and families on the Central Coast.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of medical conditions.
- Provide preventive care, perform minor procedures, and coordinate with specialists as needed.
- Be the first point of contact in the healthcare system and promote wellness while managing chronic illnesses across diverse populations.

Qualifications

- Medical degree with registration with the Medical Board of Australia via AHPRA.
- Typically a fellowship with RACGP or ACRRM.
- Essential skills: strong clinical judgment, excellent communication, and proficiency in medical software.
- Desirable attributes: experience in rural medicine, minor surgical skills, and cultural competence.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and high ethical standards.
