Responsibilities

- Provide tailored advice to clients to ensure an optimal outcome.

- Keep in view the broader perspective and integrate other commercial and client-related factors while handling your cases.

- Take on a diverse case-load with work involving:

- Estate Litigation

- VCAT guardianship

- Trusts & Superannuation

- Administrative matters

- Deceased estates

- Succession Planning

- Testator Family Maintenance claims

- PoA & EPoA

- Manage and prioritise your cases and files with attention to detail.

- Establish and maintain client relationships and expectations through regular and effective communication.

- Minimum 6 billable hours per day

- Draft relevant legal documents for cases.

Requirements:

- Minimum 4 Years PQE in Wills & Estates

- Attention to detail - quick learner with expert analysis and approach to cases.

- Ability to prioritize and manage matters effectively.

- Intuitive and Enthusiastic Approach.
