Position Overview: Just Curry On Pty Ltd t/as Curry Craze, Mascot, NSW are seeking two full time talented and experienced Cook to join our kitchen team at our fine dining Indian restaurant. The ideal candidate will be passionate about Indian cuisine, possess a strong culinary skill set, and have a keen eye for detail. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated and creative individual to contribute to the success of our renowned establishment. Responsibilities: • Prepare and cook high-quality Indian dishes with precision and creativity. • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop and refine menu offerings. • Ensure adherence to quality and presentation standards. • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment. • Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensuring freshness and minimizing waste. • Comply with all sanitation, health, and safety standards. Requirements: • Cooking related AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or AQF Certificate IV or another acceptable trade qualification or at least 3 years of full time and relevant experience in lieu of qualification. • At least 3 year of proven full-time experience as a Cook. • Fine dining or 5-star experience is preferred but not mandatory. • In-depth knowledge of Indian culinary techniques and authentic flavours. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure gracefully. • Muti tasking with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality • Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
