Myer is looking for an eCommerce Specialist to support the execution of online merchandising strategies across all brands within the Just Group. Reporting to the GM of eCommerce, this role works cross-functionally with product, stock, marketing and web design teams to enhance product content, drive online sales and maximise conversion rates. Key responsibilities include managing product catalogues, coordinating online promotions, analysing sales performance. The eCommerce Specialist plays a pivotal role in responding to market trends and supporting the achievement of long-term digital growth strategies.

About the role:

- Report on your brands sales performance in daily trade meetings
- Conduct regular competitive analysis on the best practices of key competitors and international ecommerce leaders
- Produce daily, weekly, monthly and seasonal reports as required
- Collaborate with brand and web design team on the email marketing plan with the goal of optimising appeal and conversion
- Ensure all products advertised on EDM’s & Web Updates have adequate stock.
- Coordinate eDM material deadlines against and agreed schedule with brand & web design team
- Execute promotional activities accurately and within deadlines to ensure websites are aligned with store activity
- Develop and manage merchandising standards that drive conversion and improve the customer shopping experience
- Identify potential opportunities in product assortment based on knowledge of merchandise, sales, and customer behaviour
- Drive sales, conversion and revenue by effectively merchandising products helping customers navigate to the right products quickly and easily
- Manage an accurate and up-to-date online catalogue and ensure all products are ranged online as soon as they arrive into the business.
- Ensure products are merchandised daily according to brand online merchandising principles
- Manage & merchandise markdowns and outlet products
- Manage product titles and descriptions
- Coordinate pre styling day with product teams
- Resize, rename and batch upload primary and alt images & videos
- Guide and mentor eCommerce Coordinator as a SME for the Team

About you:

- Strong working knowledge of excel
- Knowledge of retail industry and relevant KPIs
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Effective time management and prioritisation skills
- Ability to easily adapt to changing priorities
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Previous experience in online or e-commerce
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships with key functions within the business
- Proactive and has a sense of urgency
- Ability to operate interdependently
- Enjoys working in a fast, lean, business orientated Brand function
