What you’ll do

Join our team and take charge of our Pharmacy operations at Wendouree As the Pharmacist Manager, you will lead the on-site pharmacy team and deliver high quality and effective specialist pharmacy services to our valued customers and patients. Our premier Ramsay Pharmacy Wendouree is perfectly positioned to maximise your lifestyle and career

- Lead our pharmacy operations, professional services, and medication supply, catering to the needs of our valued patients and customers.
- Mentor and develop the skills of our staff, guiding them through onboarding and induction processes for new team members.
- Provide direction for our Pharmacy team while cultivating a positive culture that empowers everyone to excel.

What you’ll bring

- Bachelor of Pharmacy or equivalent with current Pharmacist Registration with AHPRA
- Strong leadership skills, capable of managing and leading a team in accordance with legislative and medication safety guidelines.
- High level of computer literacy including systems knowledge of dispensing software
- Previous experience in a community pharmacy setting is highly regarded but not essential

It is a mandatory requirement that you provide:

- Proof of immunisation against infectious diseases
- A national police check conducted within the last 12 months
