We're currently gathering expressions of interest for a Junior Business Analyst to join our growing team.

About the Role

The Junior Business Analyst supports senior analysts and project teams by gathering and documenting requirements, validating solutions, and assisting with the design, testing and deployment of projects to ensure successful delivery and create real value for clients.

Role Purpose

To assist in the analysis and documentation of requirements and support solution delivery across a variety of projects and client engagements. This includes;

  • Developing specification documents across all internal and client-based solutions.
  • Engaging in client-facing communications, presentations, and meetings.
  • Collaborating closely with internal Development, Project Management, Product, and Customer Services stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, projects, and daily/BAU jobs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in requirements gathering and stakeholder engagement
  • Support documentation of user stories and process maps
  • Validate solutions against requirements
  • Participate in workshops and project meetings (both internal and external)
  • Collaborate with PMs, BAs, Developers, and UX/UI designers
