With a focus on growing our team, our kitchen is currently searching for passionate, fully qualified, and experienced chefs to join our team. We are looking for exceptionally talented chefs with demonstrated experience in fine dining, but above all, our ideal candidate has a desire to learn and a commitment to achieving the very best. This role will see you work with our Head Chef and Executive Chef to create unique and exciting dishes using outstanding local and seasonal ingredients.

Our front of house team is seeking talented Head Waiters to join our growing team. The successful applicant will work as part of a close-knit team and be responsible for providing our guests with exceptional customer service, coupled with excellent food and wine knowledge.

Our wine team are seeking expressions of interest for a talented Sommelier who exudes genuine excitement and passion for the wine industry. We value individuals who are eager to further their careers and who are looking to continuously hone and develop their skills.
