We are on the hunt for a highly motivated New Work Clerk to come on board and support us on a Permanent role based at our Smithfield site. The position will require managing sales & supplier relationships while fully complying with the Visy values.

TheRole:

Reporting to the State Services Manager - Visy Board NSW, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth processing of our products, provide administrative support and assisting with the day-to-day activities of our Services and Sales teams.

Working closely with the local team and wider sales & services team, you will be relentless in pursuit of the best outcome. You will thrive under pressure, never shy away from a challenge, be entrepreneurial in identifying opportunities and delivering solutions whilst never compromising safety, quality, and customer service.

Your key areas you will be responsible for will be but not limited to:

- Daily coordination with Sales, Art Houses and Production teams to organise tooling for new jobs and existing product alterations
- Facilitate product changes initiated by the production and design teams
- Facilitate tooling transfers within sites together with the tooling department
- Provide daily updates to the Sales & Production team on progress of tooling
- Establish meaningful relationships with internal and external departments and possess exceptional communication skills
- Maintain a high level of accuracy in all activities and a strong team attitude
- Assist in timely updates of Visy Internal systems

What you need to succeed:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent Customer-Service and Stakeholder Management skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Prior experience in a sales environment is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems and SAP (advantageous, although not required)
