Overview

Exciting opportunity for a Project Manager to work for a medium sized, regional contractor in Cambridge. Working across refurbishment projects for colleges and high end residential. This is a busy contractor who have a very healthy pipeline of work and looking for a Project manager to join the team who can work across multiple projects in Cambridge, report back to the director and manage the site teams. This is a family owned company that look after their employees, have a positive company culture. They are growing steadily since they started 30years and have a very good reputation in the region for quality and service. This is a contractor who care about their employees and want ambitious individuals who wants to progress in the business.

Responsibilities

- Report to the director and manage site teams across multiple projects in Cambridge.

- Coordinate refurbishment projects for colleges and high-end residential.

Qualifications

- Experience in construction, including new build and refurbishment; ideally with high-end residential and college refurb projects.

- Degree in construction or a trades background.

- Strong leadership and communication skills; ability to manage a construction programme and lead multiple teams.
