This role is ideal for an experienced ECT with **more than 1 year of experience,** who is committed to creating meaningful learning experiences that prepare children for their transition to school.**Your responsibilities will include:*** Leading the planning, delivery, and evaluation of a **program aligned with the VEYLDF and EYLF*** Creating engaging, inclusive, and play-based learning environments for preschool children* Documenting and assessing children’s learning and development* Building strong, collaborative partnerships with families, children, and colleagues* Supporting the centre team to ensure high-quality outcomes in line with the NQF and VECTEA standards**What You’ll Need*** Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)* Current VIT Registration (provisional or full)* At least **1+ year experience*** Strong knowledge of EYLF, VEYLDF, and NQF* WWCC ( working with Children Check ) for WA* Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications* A collaborative and professional approach to teaching and learning**Key Benefits****At Busy Bees, our people are the heart of what we do.
