Your Impact

- Advise on privacy laws (State, Federal, GDPR) and ensure compliance
- Manage privacy incidents and stakeholder information requests
- Lead Privacy Impact Assessments and collaborate with IT/Cyber teams
- Develop and implement privacy frameworks, policies, and training
- Drive privacy awareness across the organisation
- Contribute to the Security & Privacy Oversight Committee

About You and What You Will Bring

- Degree or equivalent experience in privacy, law, or compliance
- 3+ years in a privacy-focused role
- Strong knowledge of the Privacy Act 1988, APPs, and GDPR
- Experience managing data breaches and developing privacy frameworks
- Confident communicator with senior stakeholders

Bonus Points For

- CIPP or CIPM certification
- Experience in the not-for-profit sector

- Child Safety Screening (LCS)
- National Personal Insolvency Check
- Current Drivers Licence
