The GigWe are looking for a Guest Service Agent to join our fun and exciting team. As our GSA, you will be the first point of contact for our guests when entering any of our hotels. You will make a lasting impression on our guests, creating a memorable experience.
- Greet guests as they enter the hotel
- Check in and out guests
- Modify and adjust guest bookings accordingly
- Promote the hotel and all it has to offer
- Making suggestions to guests from your knowledge of the area
- Attending to guest enquiries in person or via phone, email, and website
- Supporting the Front Office management team in ensuring a smooth running of hotel operations
We want someone who is passionate about customer service and ensuring ultimate customer satisfaction. You will be the reason our guests return to the hotel and recommend it to others. Previous front office experience is ideal, but if you have a bubbly personality, we encourage you to apply.
