Job Summary: The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, handling reservations and check-ins, and resolving any issues that may arise during their stay. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Registration and Check-In: Greet guests, verify identification, and complete the registration process.
  2. Cash Handling: Process payments, handle cash, and balance the house bank.
  3. Problem-Solving: Field guest complaints, resolve issues, and provide solutions.
  4. Communication: Answer phones, retrieve messages, and communicate with guests.

Requirements: To be successful as a Front Desk Agent, you will need to possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure. A basic understanding of computer systems and accuracy when inputting information are also required.
