Our Medical Imaging team based inCabooltureare on the lookout for aPart Time Medical Receptionist to join them in providing the best service and care to our patients.

This role is for 4 days per week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, there will be rotational Saturdays and 6 weeks paid training provided.

Our Lumus Imaging clinic provides a wide range ofradiology services to patients including X Rays, CT Scan’s, Ultrasounds, MRI, Nuc Med, Womens imaging & BMD.

This position is responsible for managing both in person and phone/computer based service to patients and practitioners, being able to multitask and provide high attention to detail is essential.

Working hours will be across7.30am – 5pm, Monday to Friday and rotational Saturdays.

You will be responsible for all reception duties including:

- Customer service and care including greeting patients at the front desk, taking, and directing incoming telephone calls
- Make radiology exam bookings
- General Clerical Duties
- Patient record management with exceptional data entry skills
- Liaising with other receptionist, referring doctors and other medical professionals in a courteous manner
- Medicare, DVA, Health fund and work cover billing and banking
