With demand increasing and a capable team in place, they're now looking for a dynamic leader to take client partnerships to the next level.
The Opportunity
As Director, Client Partnerships, you'll lead a team of Partner Success Managers across Australia and New Zealand, overseeing a large portfolio of institutional partners.
Your role is to develop the capabilities of each team member, and to introduce a new level of rigour in account planning and execution of best practice across the team.
This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be a coach, a strategist, and a trusted advisor to the team and to some of the region's most respected education providers.
What You'll Do
● Lead a high-performing team managing key university and education-sector partnerships
● Build structure, capability and commercial discipline across the team
● Increase account value by driving student usage and adoption of the platform
● Use case studies, data, and insights to deepen engagement with senior stakeholders
● Be a proactive, visible leader - setting standards, holding your team accountable, and driving continuous improvement
● Travel regularly to connect with partners and your team across the region
About You
● You're a natural people leader - clear, confident, and great at building trust
● You've led client success or commercial teams of at least 4 people before
● You understand the rhythm of long-term partnerships, but you also know how to drive results
● You bring structure and energy - you're not afraid of a tough conversation, and you know how to elevate team performance
● Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or service-based B2B environments is a plus, but not essential
● You're based in Sydney (or willing to relocate), with flexibility for regular travel
