About the Role:

Are you looking for a chance to supercharge your client handling and leadership skills? Want to work for an agency winning accolades across creativity, retail media, performance and use of AI? We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and organised Client Leadership Associate Director to join a small, fast paced and collaborative client team at OMD UK. Working on a leading household FMCG brand (and a second client, to be confirmed) our goal is to find innovative, creative and data driven solutions that deliver results, and you would play a central role in the team making this happen. Whether it be identifying a key business insight that unlocks an exciting full funnel 'retail' data led solution or surprising consumer insight that delivers best in class media planning, your analytical eye and deft approach to project management and client handling will make it all possible.

This position also presents a fantastic opportunity for rapid progression – working closely with senior management across OMD UK and EMEA, plus working with a fully integrated planning team including Omnicom's leading eCommerce specialist team at FlyWheel. As day-to-day lead you have a unique chance to own both local and regional client relationships, hone expertise across a broad media mix, coach and lead an aspiring account team and be exposed to the wealth of specialists and talent at OMD that helps us Create What's Next for our clients.

About the Agency:

At OMD UK, we're about creating what's next, and have many industry-leading capabilities here in the UK, including: Decisions Science, Connected Performance and Agile Innovation. We have the privilege of working with some of the world's most iconic and influential brands.

Here at OMG UK our ambition is that we Reflect Real Britain in both our workforce and our work. We want to welcome remarkable people from a broad range of backgrounds who bring their diverse attitudes, opinions and beliefs into a culture where you are treated with respect and can be comfortable at work just being you. Embracing our differences results in a stimulating and inspiring environment where Reflecting Real Britain will lead to everyone viewing the world, our work and each other with fresh eyes.

We are keen to encourage applicants from people from all walks of life and we want you to be at your best throughout the recruitment process, please discuss any specific adjustments with your Talent Acquisition team member or if you would prefer, please reach out to beyourbestteomnicommediagroup.com to just let us know (confidentially) how we can help you.

Flexible Working

At Omnicom Media Group, we are committed to supporting flexibility for our peoplewhile fostering collaboration, innovation, and teamwork. We have a hybrid working model (three days in the office, two working remotely), to ensure that we meet the needs of both our people and our business, balancing the benefits of in-person connections with the flexibility of remote working. Our standard working hours are 9:30 – 17:30, but we offer the ability to flex around core hours of 10:30 – 16:30 to give our people flexibility on how they manage their working day, whether that's in the office or working remotely. For example, you could start work at 8:30 and finish at 16:30 or start at 10:30 and finish at 18:30.

We encourage open conversations between our people and managers to help navigate high-need periods and individual circumstances. Our goal is to create an environment where people feel genuinely supported to do their best - both in their careers and in their lives outside of work.

Be Your Best

We want everyone to make the most of the opportunity to shine and showcase your talents and we are happy to make adjustments in the recruitment process so you can be your best. Please discuss any specific requirements with your dedicated Talent Team member or if you would feel more comfortable, you can email us confidentially at beyourbest@omnicommediagroup.com to let us know how we can support you.
