About the Role:

As aRental Operations Agent, you’ll be involved in all aspects of our operations—from interacting with customers at the counter to preparing vehicles for their next journey. This is a varied, hands-on role that combines customer service, vehicle inspections, and cleaning duties.

What You’ll Be Doing:

- Welcoming and assisting customers at the rental counter

- Completing rental transactions, bookings, and contracts

- Promoting our products and services

- Inspecting vehicles for damage and cleanliness

- Cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles to company standards

What We’re Looking For:

- Afull and valid Australian driver’s licence

- Availability to work arotating roster(including weekends, evenings, and public holidays)

- Experience incustomer service, retail, hospitality, or salesis a plus

- Ability to work in afast-paced environmentwhile delivering exceptional service

- Comfortable usingcomputer systemsto manage bookings and rental information

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Please note: This full-time role is not open to Working Holiday Visa or student visa holders.
